Who We Are

Splash Productions was co-founded in 2005 by Stacie Hunt and Tash Rahbar. Since its inception, we have sought to bring together our passions for regional and international wines, local and inventive cuisines, art in its many forms, and those who relish building a community around them.

Beginning with the “Wine, Cuisine & Art of Mexico” exhibitions at the American Center for Food, Wine, and the Arts (COPIA), which ran annually for three years from 2006 to 2008 drawing the most visitors in the museum’s history — Splash Productions brought together hundreds of winemakers, chefs, and original art from multiple collections.

As a result of the success of the “Wine, Cuisine & Art of Baja Mexico” exhibitions, Splash Productions enjoyed a thriving tour component of our firm, bringing wine, cuisine, and art lovers to Baja and other regions to expand on the original COPIA experience.

Splash has produced and coordinated events and exhibitions for the city of West Hollywood -- including “Tables of Ten,” “Taste Art”, “Taste Fashion”, and “Taste Textiles” fund-raising food, wine, and design events. Various gallery openings themed to regional artists, food, and wine have also been part of our ongoing repertoire. Our work has been profiled in several trade and consumer publications. As spokespersons for the industry, we have appeared on national radio programs and contributed to ABC Television network programming on food, wine, and art.

In 2017 Splash Pros launched the Share A Glass wine-tasting community, a broad audience of wine, food, and culture enthusiasts. Share a Glass meets monthly with unique tasting experiences offering members the opportunity to taste older vintages, and wine and spirits from diverse regions like Armenia, Georgia, Greece, Rioja, Tuscany, Piemonte, and of course Napa Valley.
